Bijna premiekeuring…

Nog een weekje en de jaarlijkse premiekeuring begint weer.

Het weer lijkt erg goed, met wassen van de pony’s altijd weer fijn. We hebben 20 pony’s opgegeven.

Uiteraard de eerste veulens van onze grote zwarte parel! Pearl van de Vissershof, wij zijn zeer tevreden over onze veulens. En daar doe je het dan ook weer voor. En dan hebben we nog een veulen van Pegasus en onze kampioen Kadar. Jeugd en 3 jaar en oudere merries. Altijd weer een leuke tijd en dag! Gezelligheid op de keuring met onze mannen!

Wij hebben er in ieder geval weer zin in. Even ontspannen in deze drukke tijd.

Intussen is onze Venna ook naar de keuring geweest vorige maand, helaas niet waar we op gehoopt hadden. Ze kreeg een 3e premie. Ze is drachtig van Jeppe, dus we hoopten echt dat ze een 2e premie mocht krijgen. Nog maar een keer proberen op de herkeuring eind augustus.

Op een enkele na, zijn alle shetlanders weer drachtig, van Pearl, Nestor, Kadar en Fonseca. Ook zijn Chris, Metske en Venna weer drachtig.

Bij Chris verwachten we een veulen van Mans en Metske en Venna zijn beide drachtig van Jeppe.

Elena en Figo gaan eind deze maand van moeders af, wat vinden. Zijn ze mooi oud genoeg en moeten ze het zelf maar is gaan uitvinden. Lijkt geen probleem ze hebben praatjes zat. 😂

Na de keuring zullen we ook al een aantal shetlandveulens gaan spenen, dus de stallen komen weer wat voller. Al hoewel dit wel erg lekker is…. weinig mesten.

Maar eerst maar is naar a.s. woensdag, pony’s naar huis rijden en donderdag gaat de wasstraat open! En dan op naar zaterdag!!

Iedereen een leuke en sportieve dag gewenst!! En uiteraard met mooie resultaten!
